With Yarra Valley Homes there are flexible options to suit your family’s needs and specific block location and requirements. We can help you whether your land is located in a rural setting with no amenities or has an urban location with utilities on hand for easy connection.
All building options include the Building Permit, 7 year Builder’s Home Owner’s Warranty Insurance, together with Construction Plans, detailed Specifications outlining all aspects of the build, Soil Test and Energy Rating Report. Pricing is for a level site and based on Class ‘M’ Soil conditions.
Lock-up Stage:
For the tradesmen out there or those with building knowledge, this option has the major structure complete and external cladding installed, ready for you to do the internal fit out and connections.
